When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, message and, if provided, company name. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry or discuss a potential collaboration. The required fields are necessary for us to reply.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries or, where you request a quotation or collaboration, taking steps before entering into a contract. Messages are emailed to us and are not stored by the form in the website database. We retain them only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, a possible business relationship or legal obligations.

3. Website operation, analytics and security

Our website is hosted by Top.Host. Technical logs, including IP addresses, may be retained for as long as necessary for technical and security purposes. We use Independent Analytics for cookieless traffic statistics and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against spam. Security services may process technical data such as your IP address and may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area subject to applicable safeguards. Such processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the secure and effective operation of the website.

If enabled, the Website Carbon indicator is updated by our server and displayed without loading external scripts in your browser.
